1. Site usage
Informational content (services, industries, blog, resources) is provided as-is and may be updated without notice. Brand information of third-party products (3CX, Microsoft, Cisco, Sophos, etc.) is used under certified partner rights and belongs to their respective owners.
2. Pre-flight Network Check
The network check tool is free and operates for informational purposes. Allied does not guarantee third-party carrier service availability (Liberty, Claro, AT&T, etc.) — it only collects data to assist planning. Real latency and availability may vary.
3. New Account Application (MSA)
By submitting a New Account Application you declare that:
- You have legal authority to bind the organization you represent
- The information provided is true, complete and accurate
- You accept that Allied may verify identity through public sources (KYC/KYB)
- Your typed electronic signature (name + date + IP + user-agent) has legal validity equivalent to handwritten signature under the Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act (E-SIGN, US) and PR Act 359-2018 (Electronic Transactions Act)
The submitted application does not constitute an executed contract. Allied reviews each application and, if approved, sends a formal Master Services Agreement (MSA) for subsequent signature.
4. Allied services
Allied's professional services (IT consulting, infrastructure, telecom, security, cloud, data center, phone systems) are governed by individual contracts (MSA + Statement of Work) signed separately. This document does NOT replace those contracts.
5. Intellectual property
- Site content (text, design, code) is Allied's property unless otherwise noted
- Partner logos and marks (3CX, Microsoft, Cisco, Sophos, etc.) belong to their owners and are used with partner authorization
- 3CX product images are used under Titanium Partner rights
- Automated mass extraction (scraping) of the site without written authorization is prohibited
6. Limitation of liability
The site and tools are provided "as is" without express or implied warranties. Allied will not be liable for indirect damages, lost profits or data loss arising from site usage. Allied's total liability for any claim related to this site or tools is limited to USD $100.
7. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify Allied against third-party claims arising from improper use of the site or tools, or from false information provided in a New Account Application.
8. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of San Juan, Puerto Rico.
9. Changes
Allied may update these terms by publishing a new version. Continued use of the site after the update implies acceptance.
