Your choice: Google, OpenAI or the native 3CX AI engine. Allied helps you pick based on cost, language and on-prem vs cloud fit.

02 Where are transcripts stored?

Inside 3CX Reports, attached to the call recording. Optionally emailed to the user.

03 Does it support multiple languages?

Yes. Language is selected in the Admin Console and applied per department, queue or user.

04 Does it run on-premise without sending audio to the cloud?

Yes. The 3CX Transcription Engine runs on a local GPU server. Allied sizes the hardware and installs it.

05 Which license edition is required?

Voicemail transcription requires ENT/AI. Full-call AI Transcription requires ENT+ with AI add-on.
